Fitur 2026 Madrid – Vermouth de la casa – Catalunya
Vermouth de la Casa ha estat present a FITUR per presentar un projecte que connecta cultura, gastronomia i territori: una peça de xocolata amb vermouth – Trenacadis -, que es presentarà el proper mes d’abril en el marc del 15è aniversari de la productora i del 100è aniversari de la mort d’Antoni Gaudí.
Durant la fira també s’ha donat a conèixer l’ExpoVermouth, una iniciativa que reivindica el vermut com a patrimoni cultural i com a eina de promoció turística vinculada al paisatge i a la identitat mediterrània.
Volem agrair especialment a l’Ajuntament de Salou el seu suport i la seva aposta decidida per projectes que posen en valor el Camp de Tarragona.
Tanmateix, cal fer una reflexió: el Camp de Tarragona disposa d’una riquesa cultural, vinícola i gastronòmica única, que no va tenir la presència ni la visibilitat que mereixia a l’estand de Catalunya. Considerem imprescindible reforçar aquests espais com a veritables aparadors del talent, la tradició i el potencial del territori.
Vermouth de la Casa took part in FITUR to present a project that brings together culture, gastronomy and territory: a vermouth-infused chocolate creation – Trencadís -, to be launched next April in celebration of the 15th anniversary of the production company and the 100th anniversary of the death of Antoni Gaudí.
The fair also served to introduce ExpoVermouth, an initiative that highlights vermouth as a cultural heritage element and as a tourism promotion tool closely linked to landscape and Mediterranean identity.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Salou City Council for its support and strong commitment to projects that showcase the value of the Camp de Tarragona.
However, a reflection is needed: the Camp de Tarragona boasts a unique cultural, wine and gastronomic heritage that did not receive the visibility or prominence it deserves at the Catalonia stand. Strengthening these spaces as true showcases of local talent, tradition and territorial potential is essential.
